Membership

I hereby authorize Say Yes to the Dresser to charge the indicated credit card for membership subscription. I understand that all account cancellations for which an active recurring billing authorization exists must be made in writing 30 days prior to the next scheduled payment. If the above payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, I understand that the payments may be executed on the next business day. I am purchasing an amount “up to” the amount selected, and that the services each month do not “roll-over” and are non-refundable. In the case of a Credit Card Decline I understand that Say Yes to the Dresser may, at its’ discretion, attempt to process the charge again within 30 days and I agree to an additional $10 Admin Fee charge for each attempt which will be initiated as a separate transaction from the authorized recurring payment. I agree not to dispute Say Yes to the Dresser recurring billing with my credit card issuer or my financial institution as long as the amount in question was for care rendered prior to the end of my written 30-day cancellation period of the account and/or I have already made an effort in good faith to rectify the situation directly with Say Yes to the Dresser and those efforts have failed. I understand that Say Yes to the Dresser will not mail me any invoices or bills. I guarantee and warrant that I am the legal cardholder or account owner for above noted credit card, and that I am legally authorized to enter into this recurring billing agreement with Say Yes to the Dresser. I acknowledge that the origination of credit card transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. The membership includes one pint of Fusion paint at a 50% discount, color to be determined by Say Yes to the Dresser. Say Yes to the Dresser will not ship the paint, I agree to pick it up. The membership also includes one free Furniture Painting Class each month, 10% off everything in the SYTTD store (excluding painting services), discounted prices at the Furniture Farmers Market and a $240 store credit to be used toward a finished piece of furniture after staying an active member for 1 year from date of sign up. Say Yes to the Dresser reserves the right to modify the terms of the membership at their discretion.
